4. Payment & Refund Policy

All membership fees, event tickets, and retreat payments are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, installments, and full payments.
Exceptions may be made in rare cases of documented emergencies, at our discretion.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

5. Event & Travel Policy

For all trips and retreats, members are responsible for:

• Their own travel arrangements to and from the event destination.

• Having valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.

• Following all local laws and guidelines.

The Brotherhood reserves the right to change or cancel event details (including dates or venues) due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or logistical issues.
If an event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
Personal information submitted through applications or communication channels will be used solely for:

• Membership evaluation

• Event coordination

• Internal communication and updates

We never sell, rent, or share member data with third parties.
